The station is designed for lubricating friction nodes in vehicle chassis and machines. Lubricant is fed to the lubrication point equipped with a ball nipple by a lubrication gun joined to the pump by a flexible hose.

The station consists of a lubricating pump type PA 12 or PA 12G, a lubricating gun connected to the pump by a hose and a trolley to move the pump. An additional equipment of the station can be a pump for filling (pumping) type PZ 31. As the basic lubrication station equipment, the PA 12 or PA 12G pump consists of the following components:
a tank with a grease feeding device,
drive unit consisting of a motor, worm gear and eccentric drive system,
two pumping units of different performance values consisting of pumping elements, check valves and pressure hoses,
a control valve consisting of a control slide, two overflow valves, the left of which is equipped with a valve piston movement indicator, an inductive non-contact switch that interacts with the piston movement indicator and a pressure gauge,
a control device that operates in conjunction with an inductive switch located on the control valve,
an electrical signalling device with minimum and maximum grease level in the tank (optional equipment).
