When a recycle of dough-sheet scraps, and their pneumatic return to the mixer may be required, then it is possible to install the mincing unit Mod. SMI, essentially consisting of: • transport band to charge the dough-sheet scraps. • one unit for a first rough grinding of the scraps. • a following unit for the fine mincing of the scraps, making them suitable to be re-kneaded. • one collecting band for minced scraps to transport them to the pneumatic conveyor to the cyclone.
