Automatic machine for the production of ravioli (stuffed pasta) from a single dough-sheet.
Technical features:
• A 600 mm wide laminated dough-sheet.
• Laminating unit with independent motor equipped with speed control by means of mechanical shifter or by Inverter.
• Machine prearranged for ravioli moulds of different shapes and number of punches suitable for the utmost utilization of the dough-sheet and consisting of a cutting section, a section for stuffing injection, a folding and sealing section of the raviolis.
• Independent motor for mould movement and stuffing feed control, equipped with speed control by means of mechanical shifter or by Inverter.
• Dosing of stuffing with operating machine as well as separately for each ravioli.
• Unit with cutting rolls and driving motor synchronous with the calibration to make the cut the scraps of dough-sheet and to convey them to the ventilator/mincer that provides for an additional cut and to their transport back to the press in order to be re-kneaded.
• For every model, parts coming in contact with the stuffing are made of stainless material and quickly to be disassembled for easy cleaning and inspection.
• Model RSZ/600/I fully stainless steel construction and protections IP/55.
• Model available with independent motor for the stuffing feed section with control of screw load.
