Nest pasta pasta forming machine NLA/1000/SV

After many years when the 1000 mm wide tray has been wrongly neglected, its potential is finally beginning to be understood and appreciated. Its small dimensions make it possible to produce even 660 kg/h of nests (dry product) with the nesting machines series /DV. In this case, we have a nesting machine series /SV with a single 850 mm large sheet of extruded pasta, which is used to form both round and oval nests.  • The machine receives the empty trays from the low level of the dryer. • Automatically raises them to the operational level through the dedicated elevator LV20. • The trays are then picked up and moved under the nesting machine to be charged with the fresh product. • The nesting machine receives the threads of pasta, provides to subdivide them, • to cut them to size according to the required weight, • and finally to roll them while placing them on the trays. • All phases of work are controlled by the PLC of the machine and the operator has the possibility of loading different product recipes through a display touch screen.
