Robust and durable cam controller, tried and trusted over the years as auxiliary drives with two free shaft ends, Ø10mm, for optional driving purposes. By means of the two-piece, abrasive-proof, plastic cam discs, Ø70mm, each desired switching position can be set for operate and release points for a changeover at every rotation from 0° to 360°. Adjustment is made by loosening three Allen Head screws. A spanner is supplied with each device. The built-in dial ensures easy programming. Program controllers are available in standard production from 4 (KWG4) to 20 (KWG20) switching elements.The camshaft features ball bearings at both ends and can be completely replaced by loosening only 4 screws; therefore rapid program changeover is possible at all times even with mounted and connected program controllers. The illustration shows type KWG16 without cover. Our internally-produced, heavy duty KL14KKB microswitch (with double ball bearing rollers) is used as a switching element. The switches are characterised by their high electrical and mechanical loadability with maximum service life.
