Hydraulic press suitable to extrude products with medium / high viscosity from cylindrical vessels. Portal type frame built with very sturdy iron sheets and finished with a two-components epoxy paint. Base plate with suitable holes for the fixing to the floor, by means of chemical dowels. The hydraulic cylinder is driven by the hydraulic power pack, positioned on the upper part of the machine, complete with pneumohydraulic pumps. Hydraulic cylinder, finished with a two-components epoxy paint, complete with flange, screwed in the central part of the frame, and with a stem, rectified hard chromed, and with a fixing flange to the pressing plate. Pressing plate of considerable strength, worked on machine tool and built in carbon steel, coated with AISI 304 stainless steel and rounded on the bottom part in order to house a gasket. Bench to support the vessel to be extruded, integral to the press portal, made from welded iron, finished with a two-components epoxy paint and complete with guides suitable for vessel wheels and with safety sensors. Control panel assembled on the machine. Safety protection metallic net, finished with a two-components epoxy paint and openable front gate complete with safety sensor.
