Hydraulic electromagnets from ESA series are suitable for handling iron material, especially scrap aimed at recycling. Designed for being installed as an accessory element, they are normally mounted on excavators or material handling machines. Hydraulic electromagnets are devoid of commands and can be operated by activating the hydraulic flow of the circuit they are connected to, like the rotation circuit of the polyp grab of a handling machine or the hammer line of an excavator. Their being autonomous makes them extremely flexible and compatible with most of the machines working on scrap yards, without having to use special equipment provided with a traditional electromagnet supply system. L VERSION Hydraulic electromagnets specifically designed for being installed on handling machines where the oil flow available never exceeds 40 l/min. HE VERSION Hydraulic electromagnets with hooking by three-arm chain and big central ring. Structure lighter than HEH and TH version. S VERSION Hydraulic electromagnets designed for being installed on truck cranes or small handling machines, thanks to a low weight and a minor oil flow required. HEH VERSION Hydraulic electromagnets with a stronger structure suitable for heavy-duty works, especially demolitions. Mounted on the operating machine at the place of the bucket, they are set for a quick-coupling, including “OilQuick” system, through an orifice flat top plate whose size and hole pattern are customizable. They are also provided with a LED light indicator for constantly monitoring the oil flow.
