Description

The pulverizer is an attachment designed for the primary and secondary demolition which allows to reduce reinforced-concrete structures intofragments. Thanks to a 360-degree hydraulic rotation unit, the machine can be fixed (ZMFP series) or rotating (ZMP series) The entire structure is realized in Hardox and Weldox in order to ensure maximum solidity, strength and safety in every work phase. The cylinder is upside down in order to ensure a better protection of the rod. The pulverizer is provided with a valve allowing to increase the opening and closing speed of the unit. Both ZMP and ZMFP series enable to choose between the installation of single interchangeable teeth or a tooth plate bolted to the structure. The machine is equipped with two reversible and interchangeable blades for cutting the iron in the reinforced concrete. PRIMARY CRUSHER ZMC primary crushers are attachments for excavators dedicated to the demolition of reinforced-concrete structures. The machine is provided with a 360-degree hydraulic rotation designed for heavy-duty works. The primary crusher is equipped with two entirely protected cylinders and a valve for increasing the opening and closing of the pincers There are two blades, reversible and interchangeable, for cutting reinforcing rods The teeth are extractable and interchangeable
