The floor-guided trolley can be equipped with 3 or 4 trolleys as required. Specially developed for the hand trolley, the ZH lifter ensures that the lifting aid or the component can be moved and positioned precisely and without great effort. Stressful back and forth movement to find the correct position, as with conventional fixed castors, is a thing of the past. The smooth-running aluminum lifting axle installed on the ZH lift can be controlled pneumatically and electro-pneumatically. The specially developed control system with overload protection also ensures that various components and loads are moved and lifted safely. Depending on customer requirements and application, the energy supply can be carried out in two different ways: • - via a quickly replaceable battery with integrated control and overload protection • - special compressed air tank with appropriate docking station The ARM ZH3 is able to stay in desired different positions as well. Target positions can be learned and changed without any programming effort. Adaptations to the process can be performed independently and easily. Depending on the application, the compact ARM ZH3 can be equipped with different tools, gripping-systems and screwers, thus offering a wide range of applications across all application areas in addition to flexibility in all axes.
