Gearbox is modeled and designed as en bloc by using Kisssys, besides the calculation of all the compenents one by one. For reaching the best price / performance ratio, all of the products are designed with 3-dimention softwares and their compatibility with each other is checked throughly. The products are constantly improved with tests and simulations like the FEM analysis for the best result. We create the most efficient and fast toolpaths by using CAM which is the most powerfull software in the field to maximize our productivity and precision. Our quality control department equipped with the lastest technology machinery focuses on customer needs. 3-Dimension CMM, gear testers with 0,1 micron precision, magnetic particle testing, nital testing and hardness testing machine are some of the euipments used.
