The AC filter capacitors are extensively used on the AC/DC power converters and inverters (drives) application such as traction drives, wind power converters and solar inverters. The capacitors are also used in AC filters, non-sinusoidal and pulsed currents. They are made by self-healing process, uses technology MKP and special metallizing patterns that ensures low stray inductance and superior reliability. The elements of the capacitor are enclosed in Al cylindrical case that is filled with non toxic soft resin. The overpressure disconnector guarantees safe operation and right disconnection during extreme conditions (high temperature, overloading) and at the end of operating life. The single phase units include two M6 or M8 bolts and three phase units with plastic terminal. The capacitors do not use discharge resistors.
