Two-Stage Planetary Gearset For Escalator Drives
ZF UrbanLine planetary gearsets can be installed easier and with less effort and are thus particularly suited for high-performance engines and high input speeds. As a result of the high smooth running characteristics (56 + 2 dB), people or loads are transported gently and quietly; this provides driving comfort, which simultaneously offers the feeling of safety. Particular highlight: Compared to the worm gear pairs used until now, planetary gearsets enable recuperation; so energy can be won back.
