Description

Ultrafiltration (UF) systems have diverse membrane filtrations where hydrostatic pressure pushes solvents against a very fine membrane. Filtration accuracy in the range of 0.005-0.01μm, can effectively remove particles, colloid, bacteria, heat source and polymer organic matter in water.  It can be widely used in separation, concentration and purification of substances. Ultrafiltration process without phase transformation, operating at room temperature, is particularly suitable for the separation of heat-sensitive substances, and has good temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance, can be below 60℃, pH 2-11 under the condition of long-term continuous use.    Process Flow Chart Mineral water treatment equipment adopts automatic control system. The water treatment equipment is tailored to the local water quality, removing toxic and harmful substances while retaining trace elements such as partial silicon, acid, strontium, zinc, selenium, iodine and salt in the water.   Equipment Composition Different pre-filtration devices can be selected according to the quality of raw water.   Such as water tank, water pump, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, ultrafiltration device, ozone sterilization device, pure water tank.
