YDF Pneumatic Dome Valve are switches for gas conveying solid materials, which play the role of opening and separating pipe space. It is suitable for the sealed conveying system of loose, dry, non-sticky and flowable solid materials, especially for the ash and slag treatment system of thermal power plants. The closing section of the dome valve is realized by a spherical mesh core and an inflatable banana seal, and the opening and closing of the dome valve are carried out under the pressure-free state, thus realizing the accurate displacement without connection between the two valves. Key Points of Installation and Use 1. Read this instruction carefully before installation, and check valve type, size and technical parameters. 2. Do not open valve V until compressed air is discharged. 3. Water and wet materials are strictly prohibited from entering the valve. 4. It is strictly forbidden to Weld flanges after installing valves in order to avoid damaging valve sealing rings. The valve installation distance reserved by the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets should be added on both sides of the flange. 5. The center of the two pipelines and the center of the valve diameter should be coaxial, the flange surface should be flat, and the flange surface should not be allowed to have a larger deviation, so as to ensure the clamping and normal operation of the valve. Tightening bolts should be symmetrical. 6. Regularly inspect the working conditions of dome valves, and timely and correct handling and removal of abnormal conditions. 7. When lifting, installing, operating, debugging and maintaining, other relevant safety operating rules should be met at the same time.
