The low-voltage servo system can release the energy feedback generated during the operation through the energy consumption braking method, and improve the reliability of the system. System features : • Easy to install by single-plate mode; • Provide digital tube and button operation for easy operation and monitoring; • Provide a multiple fault detection mechanism. Low-power servo-motor features: • Adopt the industry's most advanced stator block structure, small volume, large output; • Various types of encoders can be installed according to customer needs, currently using magnetic coding. Low-pressure servo drive features: • Using a high-performance DSP processor main frequency up to 150MHz; • Using the SVPWM vector control mode, the current response is up to 100us; • The new generation of control algorithm can solve the problem of insufficient rigidity of large inertia ratio; • Built-in motion control algorithm, which can realize PtoP path planning; • Adopt the fast start algorithm to solve the fast start problem of the provincial line encoder (excluding UVW);
