Description

This equipment is widely used in liquid concentrate in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dairy products and other industries, especially for concentration of heat sensitive medicines in vacuum low temperature. 1.It is designed according to the principle that the steam contains less heat energy under the low temperature (Vacuum) condition than it does under the high temperature condition, while under the low temperature condition, the heat of vaporization is high instead. 2.Referring to the related foreign data, an excellent structure has been adopted in evaporator and heater to remove the steam resistance, decrease the vacuum loss, and reduce the heat wastage, which has gained remarkable energy-saving affection 3.A strong flow technology of external heating temperature difference cycle has been adopted, which can make cycle speed high, evaporating speed fast, the time of receiving heat short, and not to curdle easily. Its concentrating ratio can reach 1.4 or so. 4.Adopt a two-effect evaporating simultaneously; make full use of the second steam to reduce vacuum evaporating temperature, especially for concentration of heat sensitive medicines. 5.The whole body is made of stainless steel; Passed GMP certification.
