YQMPS magnetic coupling pump is rated to HG/T 2730 standard design.The impeller and driven magnetic coupling are encased in a watertight canister within the pump body. This feature makes a seal unnecessary. Any possibility of leakage of the pumped liquid is removed other than through damage to the pump body. Pumps are available in strong engineered plastic, rigid ceramic and stainless steel suitable for most corrosive liquids. Most liquids can be pumped by these materials without significant contamination of the product. The coupling drive and driven components are made of neodymium NdFeb super strong magnets arranged in a circular pattern and encased in stainless steel. This assures that there is no slippage of the drive even when pumping liquids with a high specific gravity.
The YQMPS type pump is a YONJOU standard pump for all the applications listed.
The YQMPS type pump can be customized with a heating cavity (heating jacket) on the pump volute for pumping liquids that cannot be pumped in the cold state or that would cool down to below the solidification point when the pump is stopped.

In total, magnetic drives are available in synchronous or asynchronous designs. Magnetic pumps are basically of synchronous design. The motor is connected with the outer magnetic steel through the outer coupling, and the impeller is connected with the inner magnetic steel.
