Working principle
The charger is mainly composed of a rectifying & filtering circuit, a high-frequency switching conversion circuit, a PWM control circuit, an output rectifying & filtering circuit, a reverse protection circuit, a voltage stabilization & limit circuit,a current stabilization & limit circuit, a protection circuit and an auxiliary power supply circuit. In addition,the charger has CAN-BUS communication function.
l Battery reversed connection protection
When the battery is not connected or reversed, the charger shuts down and displays the error code.
l Short circuit protection
When the output of charger is short circuited,the charger is shut down and displays the error code .
l Input over-voltage/phase-loss protection
When the input voltage drops below the preset voltage or when there is a phase-loss, the output stops and the error code is displayed.
l Input over-voltage protection
When the input voltage exceeds the preset voltage, the output stops and the error code is displayed.
l Overheat protection
When the temperature of the charger exceeds the preset temperature,the output stops and the error code is displayed.
l Output over-voltage protection
When the output voltage exceeds the preset voltage,the charger is shut down and the error code is displayed
