Brief introduction of our DTH drill bits:
Down-the-hole (DTH) hammer bits are used with Down-the-hole hammers for drilling holes through a wide range of rocks types. In conjunction with DTH hammers, drill hammer bits are designed with a spline drive for rotating the bit in the ground. Drill bits are available in different sizes and different styles so they can drill a wide range of hole sizes. Our variety of Down the Hole (DTH) bits is manufactured using high quality materials to provide you with a fine balance between penetration capability and bit life. We offer a comprehensive range of standard and made to order drill bits on an extensive selection of shanks with a wide variety of head designs to suit every project.
How to Chose the Right Products:
When selecting the right bit for optimum performance you have to balance penetration against bit life. On occasion you can successfully sacrifice bit life for penetration, remember the rule of thumb that states that a 10% increase in penetration covers at least a 20% loss in bit life. We have three basic bits head designs: Flat Face, Convex and Concave. These are designed for specific applications for all rock types, hardness’s and conditions.
