Description

The cast iron electrode is an electrode used for cast iron and is characterized by high strength and good plasticity. Suitable for gray cast iron and ductile iron, it can be machined. 1. CMC-E46N: Direct welding on cast iron is very effective for metal wear of stamping die. The first layer of the weld metal is an austenitic structure; from the second layer, the wear resistance of the martensite structure is good. Flame hardened cast iron can also be directly deposited. 2, CMC-MS64N: welding rod for cast iron, high strength and good plasticity. Suitable for gray cast iron and ductile iron, it can be machined. 3, CMC-E47N: Direct welding on cast iron, very effective for metal wear of stamping die. The first layer of the weld metal is an austenitic structure; from the second layer, the wear resistance of the martensite structure is good. Flame hardened cast iron can also be directly deposited. 4. CMC-E67N: It is especially suitable for making the bottom buffer layer of the hard surface of cast steel mold, welding and welding of cracks, and welding and reconstruction. 5, CMC-E65N: low temperature welding electrode, small expansion coefficient, mild hardening, especially suitable for cast iron, cast steel steel hard surface to make the bottom buffer layer. 6. CMC-E61N: Suitable for all kinds of cast iron products, alloy cast iron, steel and cast iron joints, nickel and its alloys, or welding such as water resistant die castings.
