Air-cooled Roots Vacuum Pump is mainly composed of a three-blade rotor, a pump body, and a cooler. The rotor completes the suction and exhaust process every 120° rotation in the pump chamber. The cooling gas enters the suction chamber of the pump from both sides of the pump body, preventing the pump from overheating due to compressed gas, but has no impact on the pump's suction performance. The pumping efficiency, noise, vibration and other performances are significantly improved compared to the traditional two-blade Roots pump. The rotor of the air-cooled pump adopts an involute profile structure, which has no contact and maintains a constant gap when rotating. The air-cooled pump can operate reliably for a long time under high pressure difference and high compression ratio. It can be used alone, or multiple units can be used in series, or formed into a unit with other vacuum pumps to achieve higher vacuum degrees to meet various process requirements.
