QDX small clean water submersible pump application This series of small submersible pumps is suitable for shallow water irrigation and drainage, and is used to transport clean water. Its power is 0.12-2.2KW or more. QDX submersible pumps are mainly used for local area drainage, such as flood control and drainage, construction, farm purification, etc. Sometimes the volume ratio of solid impurities in the water may be relatively high, sometimes exceeding 0.1/%, or even reaching 1%-2%, which places high requirements on the wear resistance and mechanical seal of the small submersible pump parts. Small submersible pumps are also widely used in rural underground pumping, farmland irrigation, garden irrigation and household water, and can also be used to pump industrial water and aquaculture water. 2. Features of QDX small clean water submersible pump The small submersible pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. The motor is located on the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; the submersible pump is located on the lower part of the electric pump and is a centrifugal impeller and volute structure; a double-end mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and an "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal ring is used as a static seal at each fixed stop. ·The shaft of the QDX submersible pump is hard chrome plated, which effectively improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft and is also conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
