Gear oil pumps are suitable for conveying various lubricating liquids at temperatures not exceeding 70°C. If a high temperature of 200°C is required, high temperature resistant materials can be used. The viscosity is 5×10-5~1.5×10-3m2/s. This pump is not suitable for conveying corrosive liquids, liquids containing hard particles or fibers, highly volatile liquids or liquids with low flash points, such as gasoline and benzene. Gear oil pump characteristics: This type of pump has a simple and compact structure. It is easy to use and maintain. This series of pumps has good self-priming properties. It does not need to be filled with liquid before each pump is turned on. The lubrication of this type of pump is automatically achieved by the conveyed liquid. Therefore, no additional lubricant is required during daily work. The use of elastic couplings to transmit power can compensate for minor deviations caused by installation. It can play a good buffering role when the pump is subjected to inevitable hydraulic shock during operation.
