Eddy Current Separator Working Principle:
When the eddy current separator is working, the magnetic pole inside the core roll of the eddy current rotates at a high speed, so the magnetic field changes at a high frequency. The high frequency change of the magnetic field promotes the generation of very strong eddy current in the non-ferrous metal debris. This eddy current magnetic field is opposite to the internal magnetic field of the eddy current separation magnetic roller. Because of the magnetic field repulsion force, the non-ferrous metals (such as copper, aluminium, zinc, etc), leap forward along their transportation direction, realize the separation with other non-metallic materials, and achieve the purpose of separation. The main distinguishing judgment basis is the ratio value of conductivity and density of the material. The material with high ratio value is easier to separate than the material with low ratio.
