Thermipack®, a global innovative and multitalented concept for pharmaceutical Thermipack ® is a modular tower of compact design which combines the different process steps of condensing, first and second stage, decanting / separating and storage all in one piece of equipment. In this way, Thermipack® only requires a quarter of the space needed for a conventional design. Thermipack® is also the perfect technical/engineering solution for retrofitting of existing plants Other purposes such as VOC recovery can be add to Thermipack®. Many material are available (Stainless steel, nickel alloys or glass lined) are available, depending on the product. Easy cleaning The absence of dead zone combined with a totally draining, low fluid retention and smooth surfaces makes cleaning very effective compatible with FDA requirements. Thermipack® is equipped with nozzles for reliable cleaning without disassembly. Compactness Thermipack® only requires a quarter of the space needed for a conventional design. If there is insufficient space, Piping reduction Piping is reduced up to 80 %. Investment cost reduced Reducing the footprint, piping, support structures and erection time reduce the cost and installation time units VOC reduction Condensing efficiency in 2 steps reduce solvent quantity not condensate.
