ZIM 412 Concrete Pavers and Block Machine can operated semi automatically with the control of the operator. Upon request, it can be manufactured fully automatic with PLC control. By changing moulds all kinds of pavers stone , curbs, block and precast concrete elements such as grass pavers series can be produced in a serial way. 20cm block can be produced 4 units in one press with the machine,or 12 interlock stones can be produced in a press. Machine is able to produce the insulated block upon demand. Pallet carriage carts are used to carry the new products, that comes out of the machine, to the drying area. Upon request new products can be carried to the drying area by forklift with using front robot system. Thus less drying area will be needed. A model with a single hopper, ZIM 4, is also available for manufacturing single layer bricks/pavers, hollow block, and for special blocks/pavers.
