The ZIP NANO brewery
Main features of the NANO brewery:
- 50-55 liter per brew capacity depending on the type of beer
- the brewer's physical work is reduced to a couple of hours
- fully automated operation with remote control
- proper step-by-step implementation of the processes of mashing, lautering, sparging, boiling with hops, whirlpooling, chilling and CIP-cleaning
- the production requires less manpower, less risk of human error and finally less costs over time
Main benefits of automation:
-the entire brewing, fermentation and cellaring processes can be followed through a user-friendly interface
-key elements of the system are connected to a BeckHoff/Siemens PLC automation tool, running on a cross-platform (Apple OSX, Windows, Linux, IOS, Android)
-recipe set up and archiving with raw material handling, adaptable to ERP system
-visualization program that allows users to view the sensors visually
Design features:
Besides the high technological spec, the system has an ergonomic appearance with functional design that means it is comfortable to use and has a small footprint. It’s also completely mobile.
The NANO is made of polished stainless steel WNr. 1.4301 and manufactured with AWI welding technology.The cooling unit is placed together with fermentation vessels on a frame (can be placed separately) with full piping, in turnkey condition.
