The semi-automatic depalletizer is a must-have for every growing brewery. It’s lean, simple and smart. Reducing the people needed to operate the filling line and creating a more continuous feed of cans. It can hold up to 270 cans on its back and feed up to 50 cans/minute to the filling station.
Lowering the platform
The operator lowers the back of the depalletizer with a push of a button and sets the pallet of cans at the right height.
Adding a layer of cans
With a slow pull, the operator adds a new layer of cans onto the depalletizer. Most efficiently if cans are still in the funnel.
Rising the platform and checking
The operator raises the platform back up again and removes the slip sheet from underneath. A final check is done and he’s finished!
A depalletizer is a machine that can unload (depalletize) packages or products from a pallet all by itself. The depalletizer is placed at the beginning of the packaging line and is attached to the filling machine with a twist rinser. There are also palletizers, these do the opposite job of loading products on a pallet at the end of the packaging line.
Our semi-automatic depalletizer can hold cans of any size or shape. We design the attached twist rinser to fit your can size but also have standard options available.
