Rotating count platform The checkweigher is placed right after the filling machine. Every item that leaves the filling machines gets passed through the checkweigher rotating platform and gets counted and weighed. Laser sensor The rotating platform recognizes the placement of the item that is underweight or overweight and when it passes the laser sensor gets pushed off the conveyor belt. Exit left or right All cans that are at the correct weight go past the laser and through to the next station of the filling line like the labeling machine or box packager / case packer.
