Zoolied Uv Enhanced Mirrors : UV grade custom plane mirrors also known as front surface mirrors or first surface mirrors are used in beam steering or reflecting in a range of UV applications. Our custom UV range of plain mirrors specifically for use in UV applications are generally Aluminum Coating Mirrors and Silver Coating Mirrors which suitable for use at 180nm. Custom UV mirrors can be supplied as UV grade precision λ/4 front surface mirrors which have tightly controlled precision polished flat faces. Custom UV Optical Glass Mirrors are made from high quality float glass and generally available in thicknesses of 1mm, 3mm and 6mm thk as standard. Coating runs are maximised with 145x100mm plates so that we remain competitive, these savings are passed onto our customers. . ZOOLIED Protective Gold Mirrors have the highest reflectance in IR, Protective Silver Mirror is the most efficient in VIS, while Protective Al Mirrors is an economical reflector over entire 300nm-IR range. The top layer of dielectric material protects the metallic coatings and makes metallic mirrors durable and stable within long term of operation. Enhanced metallic coatings with greater reflection across the specific spectrum range are available under custom request. The coatings for metallic mirrors are deposited using thermal evaporation and electron evaporation technologies. Most of the mirrors are available ex-stock for fast off-the-shelf delivery.
