Knife cutting machine ECT

The ECT Series, manufactured by Zwick, is a series of cardboard cutting machines, generally equipped with an automatic cutting guide. This cutting machine is specifically engineered for making specimens conform with standards for the ECT/Edge Crush Test concerning corrugated cardboard. These standards are in accordance with the DIN EN ISO3037. The units are constructed with parallel dimensions measuring better than 0.05 mm. They feature automatic carriage feed mechanisms that can be manually adjusted to ensure the preparation of specimens under any given condition.
