Description
This long-travel extensometer is developed by Zwick. It can directly measure specimens with medium and large extensions in tensile or hysteresis tests as well as in temperature chambers with extended sensor arms. The operation of this device is guaranteed to be safe even with whipping specimen such as elastomers. The drag forces of this extensometer is very minimal. This extensometer is designed with a very large measurement path. Furthermore, the testing program is also capable of controlling this device.
