High-resolution extensometer makroXtens

The makroXtens II Extensometer is a flexible and highly precise unit suitable for compression, tensile, flexure and cyclic testings. The tests are usually made on plastics, metals, composites and other similar components. This unit has a 0.5 accuracy class in accordance to ISO 9513. It operates with a maximum error of +/-­ 1 µm within a differential movement measurement and between 2 measuring points that range from 20 µm to 200 µm. The makroXtens II Extensometer is readjusted from 20 µm calibration ravel in Class 0.5. It can be utilized for specimen breaks regardless of the intensity of forces and sample materials. Also, it can perform both flexure and compression tests by changing the sensor arms.
