Description

High hardness, high wear resistance, high compressive strength, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature oxidation Carbide bars are mainly made of WC tungsten carbide and Co cobalt powder mixed by metallurgical methods through powder milling, ball milling, pressing and pressure sintering. The main alloy components are WC and Co. Carbide bars have the characteristics of high red hardness, good weldability, high hardness and high wear resistance. They are mainly used in the production and processing of solid wood, MDF, gray cast iron, non-ferrous metal materials, chilled cast iron, hardened steel, PCB, brake material. When using, the cemented carbide strip of suitable material should be selected according to the application. Production Advantages It was using 100% virgin material and advanced HIP sintering technology Full mold and Sizes. (STB strips in mm and in inch, both supplied!) Different Grade, tolerances, and quantities are available(no-magnetic strip) A full set of testing equipment controls the quality of each process, and a final inspection before shipment to make sure 100% qualification. Most Carbide bars can be used for Brazing on Steel, The main brazing method have Oxygen, acetylene flame brazing, high-frequency induction brazing, contact resistance brazing, copper immersion brazing, and brazing in a heating furnace, etc.
