We provide both bench-top and portable hardness testers for Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, Knoop, Shore, and IRHD hardness tests. All our instruments comply with international hardness standards, including ASTM and ISO. We offer automated hardness testing systems tailored to industries such as heat treatment, steel production, foundries, forging, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace, naval, and more.

Our solutions cover a wide range of materials, including metals, iron, steel, tempered steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, copper, and others. We also offer specific testers for plastics and rubber, such as Shore and IRHD hardness testing. Special instruments are available for testing gears, rolled steel, bars, metal plates, coils, valves, tubes, aluminum profiles, motors, engines, forged products, shafts, bearings, bottles, and more.

We offer universal hardness testers capable of measuring across multiple scales, including Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers, on a single device. Our Micro and Macro Vickers machines are fully motorized for automatic testing of hardened gradients and CHD (Case Hardness Depth). All laboratory testing complies with international standards such as ISO 6506-3, ISO 6507-3, ISO 6508-3, ASTM E18, ASTM E10, and ASTM E384.

We also provide hardness tester calibration services, certified hardness test blocks, and certified diamond and ball indenters.
