Company policy

Bürk Mobatime GmbH is part of Moser-Baer Holding AG, based in Sumiswald / Switzerland. This holding represents a technology-oriented, medium-sized family business with several development, production and sales companies in Germany and abroad. At present, a total of around 300 employees work for these companies.

The owner families of the MOBATIME Group cultivate a strong, familial bond with the values ​​and convictions of the founding couple Wilhelm and Frieda Moser. These family values ​​are based on mutual respect, trust and good, human relationships between ownership, management and employees. The companies of the MOBATIME Group see themselves as responsible employers, attach importance to a good working atmosphere and strive for the preservation of locations and jobs. Customer satisfaction, employee loyalty and financial independence are at the heart of the business. The head office of the group will remain in Sumiswald / Switzerland in the future.

The Bürk Mobatime GmbH is responsible within the group of industrial clocks / time systems for the care of the customers in Germany and Austria, accompanies these if necessary also with foreign projects and is therefore internationally positioned. The MOBATIME group network works very closely and collegially with its own development and production companies in Switzerland and the Czech Republic.

Furthermore, the company is also accredited as a training company by the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). Since 2014, in close partnership with this institute, it now trains its own industrial engineers in the field of product and process management.

The Bürk Mobatime GmbH is a member of the VDE (Association of Electrical Engineering Electronics and Information Technology, District Association Südbaden eV) and the WVIB (Business Association of Industrial Enterprises Baden eV).

On a regional level, you are a member of the Förderverein of the Uhrenindustriemuseum Schwenningen, a partner of Feintechnikschule Schwenningen and occasionally engaged in the sponsorship of sports clubs.

Safety and environmental policy

Bürk Mobatime GmbH is primarily a service and trading company and therefore does not maintain its own production capacity. Of course, however, the products listed in the assortment fully comply with the respective applicable safety and environmental requirements (eg CE, RoHS, WEEE, REACH, BattG).

We pay attention to the sustainable use of our environment and resources. Thus, the new company building was built in 2013 in low-energy construction, thanks to our commissioned in 2014 photovoltaic system, we can now produce a large part of our electricity consumption and for service vehicles, we generally prefer economic models with low fuel consumption.

In order to update and permanently review our safety standards, we are audited annually by a relevant engineering office. Together with this external safety officer, we continuously implement the necessary steps (eg instruction of employees, technical remedial measures, etc.) in daily practice.

Quality policy

Bürk Mobatime is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 and operates all business processes in accordance with this quality management system. During various audits of well-known customers, the best results could always be achieved (eg Q1 supplier of DB AG). We carry out regular audits at our suppliers.

Corporate responsibility

Bürk Mobatime GmbH respects and complies with the applicable statutory provisions and requirements of the Federal Republic of Germany as well as those of the European Union. These regulations already cover a very broad spectrum of our business activities, such as economic and tax law, labor law or environmental law.

In addition to this legal compliance, we expressly endorse the fundamental principles of the UN Global Compact, which include the preservation of human rights, the prohibition of child and forced labor and any discrimination, responsibility for the environment or the prohibition of corruption. These principles, both in-house and in dealing with customers and suppliers, represent our current benchmark, which is taken into account above all in the context of personal audits - also with suppliers abroad.

Therefore, we also conclude supplementary agreements with our suppliers, which are based specifically on the Code of Conduct of the Federal Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME).
