Della Toffola

DELLA TOFFOLA designs and produces complete wineries, covering all activities from grape harvesting to crushing, from pneumatic pressing to filtering, from storage and chilling right un to bottling and packaging.

With eight productive units, eight branch offices, and two brands,Della Toffola Group employs around 600 employees on 6 continents in total 190,000 sq m area for an average annual turnover of 100 million Euro, 70% oh which derived from exports.

Sirio Alberti

Sirio Alberti is the firm that was responsible. Way back in 1946, for making the first pressure tank in Italy.

The company was first established in Canelli from where it moves in the early 1990’s to a new production unit in Calamandrana, where it has continued to produce the most modern system capable of amply satisfying the needs of a variety of market sectors.It was the first company from outside to join the Della Toffola Group.

Omb

OMB designs and manufactures labelling and capping machines at its installation in Calamandrana, in the heart of an area with a strong wine making vocation that has turned into a technological district for wine making machinery famous all over the world.

The strength of the Group lies in its ability to offer complete, all-round wine making systems, and to guarantee a qualified and capillary after-sales service anywhere on the planet.

OMB was one of the first companies to the join the Della Toffola Group.

Gimar

The Gimar brand has been known as a leader in the design and construction of the most widely-acclaimed wine-makers and storage systems for nearly fifty years now. Many of the world’s most prestigious red wines are made using patented Selector systems in witness to the method’s exclusive reliability and efficacy. Tried and tested computerized controls today bring the already excellent characteristics today bring the already excellent characteristics of the systems to even higher levels.

Thanks to its cooperation with universities as well as wineries, GIMAR’s products are constantly evolving, fulfilling the real needs of its customers in the various phases involved in making and storing wines of ever better quality.

Gimar has lately become a member of Della Toffola Group, contributing even greater qualification to an already vast offer of technology.

Ave

AVE Technologies, a well know company much appraciated for its systems for use in the foodstuffs sector, joined Della Toffola Group in January 2010, retaining its premises in Spinea in the province of Venice.

The business is well known and has been operating for more than 45 years on the Italian domestic market, but far more abroad, where it has sold the majority of its products, exporting to over 75 countries.

AVE Technologies is active mainly in the design and manufacture of bottling and packaging machines and systems, with capacities of up to 36,000 bottles an hour.

This explains why the contribution of the company’s own team of technicians is so fundamental, and their projects have been adopted for numerous systems installed at prestigious industries.

Priamo

Priamo was established in 1991 by a team with plenty of exeperience in the foodstuffs sector, who soon demonstrated their remarkable capacity for designing and implementing installations and equipment for the dairy industry.

They are quick to develop “turnkey” systems that bear witness to the company’s strong design vocation and expertise in adapting the production cycle to the various needs of different costumers.

Over the years, Priamo has expanded its production range to other types of plant and now provides solutions for the beer and beverage, and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries too.

Priamo Food Technologies joined the Della Toffola Group in 2011.

Priamo can now deliver a complete service that goes from the initial feasibility study to the design and development of the building works needed, right up to the completion of whole plants, large and small.

Z-Italia

Taking care of labeling.

In thirty years, Z-Italia has developed one of the widest rages of labelling machines now available: reel loading, adhesive, and hot melt labeling machines, among others.

The labelers can also be supplied in Combi or Modular versions (with different labeling systems on the same carousel) to assure the utmost packaging versatility.

Z-Italia has been a Della Toffola Group member since 2013.
