Born in 1987 to produce cooling systems for ultrasonic cleaning plants, in 1992, with its first ultrasonic cleaning line “pluritank”, the firm decides to invest its knowledge and creativity in its own industrial cleaning solutions. But the real revolution starts in 1995 with the first single chamber cleaning system.

In the following years EUROCOLD keens and exploits its knowledge and ability till the birth of TermoVide® in 2000; a new line of single chamber washing plants, aiming to lower the production costs, energy consumption and environmental impact; also offering innovative solutions and processes making the most out of the machine and ensuring excellent result even on complex surfaces.

Till today the TermoVide® line continues to improve, in terms of models and technologies without leaving behind design and versatility.

While developing the single chamber cleaning machine the firm continues to work on other fronts as well: between 1998 and 1999 realizes new LAC line multilayer coating machine to coat lenses and masks both for sun and ophthalmic business.

The system is designed for the mass production.

Cleaning section utilizes the Pluritank ultrasonic cleaning technology while the lacquering section uses dipping process.

Lacquer is cured in a continuous oven.

The machine is suitable to work with all types of lacquers applicable via dipping.

To complete the machines needed for coating, in 2001, the LAC line is improved by a STRIPPING treatment unit.

In 2006 born the “V80+”.

This unit was thought to integrate the Termovide® line as entry-level cleaning machine.

The ease of use and the basic cleaning process performed by “V80+” balanced the advanced customization opportunities given by the “EU2000”.

The firm moves to the current place in Tezze sul Brenta in 2008.

Always guided by its spirit of change and evolution, at present day, the factory is going through enlargement and modernization so it can express modernity and professionalism not only through its products.

For the same reason, in 2010, gets the ISO 9001 certification, confirming its earnestness in design and organization.

EUROCOLD, with its dynamic spirit and an eye to the future, in 2013 makes its entry in Industry 4.0 designing and equipping its products with a new dedicated and customizable software, thus improving the service quality by tele-assistance and machine’s efficiency (gathering and analyzing the data it was possible to improve its working processes).

In 2015 EUROCOLD accomplished its most large plant: the V1700. Part of the TermoVide® family, it’s the biggest of its kind: 1.900x8.300x3.020 mm, these the dimensions of the single chamber specially designed for washing liners for oleo-dynamic cylinders.

But the excellence is an ever ending process.
