Founded in 1894, Gantois Industries is a true industrial reference in the fields of woven/perforated metals and the shaping of metal components.

With equipment adapted to small, medium and large production runs, we have complete control over the entire process, from design, innovation and manufacture to specific finishes.

Our wide range of woven wire cloths (from Ø20µm to 12mm wire) combined with our means of shaping the finished product opens up an extremely wide range of applications.

- Electromagnetic protection: bronze wire cloth, copper wire cloth, stainless steel wire cloth panels, composite metallization, etc.

- Filtration: filter elements, granulator grids, filtration strainers, filter candles, discs, crimped filters, etc.

- Reinforcement and decoration: special fabric for decorative applications, protective grids, support fabric, etc.

Our presses (ranging in power from 160T to 500T), lasers and PCNs enable us to perforate, cut and transform the following materials:

- DC01 / DC03 / DC04 steels

- Coated steels: galvanised, electro-galvanised, pre-painted, etc.

- Stainless steel: ferritic, austenitic, martensitic (duplex, Corten), abrasion-resistant (ROC 250, 3CR12, Imex, etc.), hot-rolled or cold-rolled refractory.

- Raw, pre-painted or pre-anodised aluminium and aluminium alloys

- Light alloys and super alloys (Titanium, Hastelloys, etc.)

- Copper and brass

Here are numerous finishing, transformation and shaping options:

- Solvent and detergent degreasing

- Pickling and passivation

- Mechanical or electrolytic polishing

- Heat treatment (e.g. annealing, hypertempering, etc.)

- Hot-dip galvanising, thermo-lacquering

- Tefloning, zinc plating, etc. Possibility of transformation and shaping

- Cutting: slitting, shearing, presses

- Forming: stamping, folding, laminating, ribbing, rolling

- Assembly: crimping, electric welding, plasma, tig, mig/mag, gluing, riveting, etc.
