- Sep. 1999 Googol Technology (SZ) Ltd. founded in Hi-Tech Park, Shenzhen

- Jun. 2007 Motion Control Technology Engineering Centre founded in Googol Technology Shenzhen

- Aug. 2011 Googol Institute of Motion Control Technology founded in HKUST Enterprise Centre, Shenzhen

- Oct. 2012 Googol Science Park construction kicked off in National Hi-Tech Park of Songshan Lake (SSL), Dongguan, Guangdong

- Nov. 2012 Googol Technology (TWN) Limited established in Taichung, Taiwan

- Mar. 2013 Servotronic Googol Co., Ltd., a JV of Googoltech & Servotronic Israel established in Shenzhen
