3) Commitment on After Sale Service:

HGIT has established 14 service centers across the world to provide excellent service to the customers. 5 located in China：Dalian, Shanghai, Suzhou, Shenzhen & Qingxian (Hebei); and 12 located overseas: Italy, Poland, Turkey, Korea, USA, Mexico, Canada, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Argentina and Peru. We committed the following services to the customer:

1)Pre-acceptance test (full operation with material) conducted at HGIT premises for at least 5 days.

2)10-20 days equipment installation, training and start-up support at customer premises by HGIT Engineer.

3)7/24 borderless after-sale support via online and phone helpdesk. Real time trouble shooting through remote device.

4)In case of emergency, service team will be arranged within 24hours.

5)Equipment periodic check at customer premises for free

6)Warranty Policy:

•Normal warranty period is 12months

•Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge

•One set of wear part will be given in the package for free
