CONTROL LABORATORY

At IMA we have equipment equipped with the most advanced technology that allows us to create a large number of tests, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness. In this way, we can work, ensuring a high quality of our products. We work for clients from very different sectors such as: robotic, pharmaceutical, automotive or even aerospace sector, where strict requirements are required to satisfy the quality of the product for its application.

The daily work done in the laboratory is to investigate, test and innovate with new products and applications that will position us as one of the best in the global magnetic sector.

We have a great equipment to control the quality of the composition of all materials, magnetic and non-magnetic, such as fluxometers, gauges, permeameters ...

We also incorporate the international standard ISO 9001: 2000 to certify the quality of our parts and meet the strict requirements that we are required to supply parts for security.

Flexible production

We know all the applications and characteristics of our products at first hand. We can also control all the manufacturing processes of the magnets, together with the customer, to obtain the best possible result.

Simulation system

Through direct contact with our client, we transmit the needs you need to cover so that later, our technical team can provide the best solution. We have a novel magnetic simulation program that allows us to determine the technology to be used for the manufacture of the magnet and the fulfillment of all the requirements of the magnet by the client.

TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION

Manufacture of tools and injection molds

The possibility of manufacturing our tools for the production of our magnets, such as magnetizing coils or injection molds, allows us to innovate in production processes and provide the highest satisfaction for our customers, through a high level of quality.

Adhesion and gluing systems

We can create combinations with other components by means of different gluing or adhesion systems with sintered magnets or plastics, guaranteeing the quality of these products.

Adhesives used for the production of magnetic compositions:

• Epoxy and polyurethane (1 and 2 components)

• Cyan acrylates and methyl methacrylates

• Anaerobic adhesives

• Radiation curable adhesives

We are experts in injecting and injecting plastics

We are specialists in the injection and injection of plastics, offering different injection lines. In the first instance, the plastics are put together in an injection piece and then they are injected into a mold at high pressure.
