Our journey began over 30 years ago as a plastic processing machinery and plant engineering company. Together with the professionals from particle foam bead industry, IMG Plastec group became the one and only company to provide a turnkey-based particle foam bead production plant and its technology in multiple segments such as EPP, E-TPU, EPE, and E-PLA.

We are leading the paradigm shift of EPP bead foam supply system by providing a compact production plant and technical know-how. With our direct, in-house bead foam production plant, you can produce your own EPP beads only at $2.5 which is only half of the current purchasing price you have to pay to the existing suppliers. In 2018, we started launching the lants overseas in China, Russia, and Uzbekistan, and now we are on the verge of our 4th plant installation in India. In addition, we are closely discussing establishing production sites with our customers in other continents.

Our main customers are mostly two types, EPS moulders looking for another business item and EPP moulders suffering from the high cost of bead foam purchase.

As more and more people concern about protecting our planet and seek for sustainable development, EPS moulders can no longer avoid criticism related to the harmful effect of EPS materials on the earth. But our production system can be a breakthrough to overcome current business and market constraints that EPS has, and successfully switch it to new business since EPP is eco-friendly material and 100% recyclable. For EPP moulders, it helps to expand the scope of existing EPP business and take it to the next level by establishing their own bead foam facility that enables them to study and invest new items.
