After analyzing for a long time the sector of industrial transport, we have decided to create INCON.
The production of the tanks " INCON " is been realized in the industrial area of Pieve di Teco (IM).
INCON was conceived and implemented using advanced technology and ultra-modern machinery, with production lines projected for the manufacture of stainless steel tanks and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's).
This ensures both a high-quality product and a state of the art solution to whoever requires an easy and efficient bulk material handling.

The perfected manufacturing technology and the use of highly sophisticated machinery, with automation in every production process, make the Incon IBC a product in the vanguard as regards quality.

The stainless steel tanks are manufactured with TIG welding protected by inert gases and using the most advanced procedures such as: the pulsed arc so as to generate the least heat and the servo-controlled of the arc length, so as to obtain precise, reliable welds.
The special purpose welding machines avoid manual tack-welding which often cause defects and local oxidation. All welded seams are treated with mechanical cleaning machines.

The MIG welding process for the support framework, in addition to extremely accurate joints, ensures that a very precise finished product is obtained, guaranteeing constant quality.
The logic of a product with such elevated features is also applied to the exterior processing, carried out with the same advanced methodological criteria, such as laser cutting and numerically controlled punching.
