KOYO SEIKO WAS FOUNDED IN 1921 BY ZENICHIRO IKEDA. IN THE DECENNIA THAT FOLLOWED IT HAS BECOME ONE OF THE WORLD’S LEADING MANUFACTURERS OF BEARINGS AND AUTOMOTIVE STEERING SYSTEMS.

With the merge of Koyo Seiko Co., Ltd. and Toyoda Machine works, Ltd. on January 1, 2006 JTEKT was founded. Nowadays with a Head Office in Kariya, Japan, JTEKT has global operations in Europe, Asia, U.S and Latin America.
