Since 1979, Lamipress has been producing high quality mechanical components, sheared and deep-drawn, for mass-produced industrial products. We have always focused on innovation and advanced: we are a 4.0 company offering top quality, guaranteed and certified products at competitive prices.

Thanks to our long experience, we offer a complete service and act as a one-stop shop, taking care of all industrial processes: from design to die making, continuing with the production and packaging of the finished part.

We produce industrial components for companies and multinationals in various sectors: agricultural machinery, construction, electromechanics, electronics, hydraulics, mechatronics, robotics. Our customer base includes several countries, such as Italy, Germany, India and Colombia.

In order to meet the demands of all customers, the size of the batches that can be processed ranges from 500 pieces, typical of the sampling and tooling set-up phase, up to 500,000 pieces, to meet even the largest production runs.

The high quality of Lamipress production allows for an excellent quality/price ratio, thanks to the minimisation of external machining and an advanced and fully traceable quality control system that reduces the reject rate to as low as 0.01%.

Quality:

We have vast experience in the field of dies: from design to manufacture and on ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, which we offer free of charge for the entire life of the product, which can be as long as 35/40 years.

Integrated batch traceability in raw material, production stages, treatments, finished product.

Parts are systematically checked during all single stages with instruments directly linked to the company software (MRP), so that measurement data are automatically saved, avoiding human error.
The reject rate is thus reduced to 0,01%.

Innovation:

Our in-house tool department performs both the mechanical design of dies construction and automatic assembly machines and innovative projects. Thanks to the experience in mechanical design gained in over 40 years of work, our engineering department has been collaborating for many years with several Italian universities (Politecnico di Milano, University of Bologna and University of Modena and Reggio Emilia) and other companies in the realisation of innovative regional, national and European research projects in various fields, such as process automation, robotics, electro-medical, nanotechnology, eHealth, nanofibre production systems... for which we have received several grants.

Digitisation:

Thanks to our latest-generation management software, we are able to manage all the various areas of the company (purchasing, sales, accounting, production progress via MRP, statistics, etc.) and monitor the entire production cycle, including incoming and in-process material testing, thanks to the real-time connection between the machines and the MRP planning system, which allows direct collaboration between operators, machines and testing and real-time production data collection (parts made, processing times, etc.) to monitor productivity.
