The company of Mellaredo Pianiga (Venice), in fact, today can count on an application market, with clients operating in at least four fields of transformation of plastic materials: injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and recycling. Added to this is a geographical spread well distributed geographically, which includes, in addition to Italy, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, North America and South Africa. In the near future the manufacturer also plans to invest in infrastructure and human resources to penetrate in those areas that are still lacking in his book, primarily South America and the Far East.

Among the most recent orders obtained by the manufacturer it is within a large plant for the storage, transport and processing of raw materials developed for a major transformer of Mirandola, in the province of Reggio Emilia, operating in the medical sector.
Win was especially the proposed solution for the homogenization of the polymer, which is usually the company provides for the treatment of the powders, but which proved to be efficient also for this application, since it does not degrade the material, has a low energy requirement and allows to certify the treatment and the quality of the material at the entrance of the extruder. Fundamental, moreover, was the plant's capacity to break down to a minimum production of dust and angel hair during treatment of the material by means of a static mixer, rather than mechanical.
"The solution with static mixer, instead of the mechanical, has been preferred because it allowed us to eliminate an item that would increase the energy requirement of the system and requested additional dedusting devices, although we are able to provide even this type of equipment. In this case, however, given the advanced needs of the transformer, would make the system less efficient, revealing, therefore, unnecessary, "said Renato Pegoraro, CEO of Main Tech, interviewed at the recent Samuplast fair.
