Founded in 1967 by Mr. Fernando Mario, our Company grew starting from the design and construction of dies for sheet metal processing. During the years the experience and confidence gained led to the enlargement of the portfolio of products and services offered to our Customers.
As a consequence, the export volume in Europe and in the rest of the world increased so much that, as of today, we have a covered surface of about 17.000sm and we are still expanding.
We serve our valuable Customers mainly of the Automotive, Food, Nautical, Hydro-thermo-sanitary and Pump industries but we also supply various components to many other sectors, which we gained thanks to our enthusiasm when faced with new and challenging projects.

Our strength resides in the ability to propose innovative solutions to the most complex challenges and in being a partner for our Customers all along the transformation process of an idea into mass production. This is possible thanks to the know how and experience of our Technical Department, which engages daily in finding innovative solutions, in carefully designing new products and in optimizing the existing ones.
We can offer our Customers a 360° service going from the design to the construction of any kind of die.
Moreover our technological know-how allows us to start from the Customer drawing and provide a dedicated analysis and evaluation which aim is to realize ad-hoc dies, able to ensure a robust and efficient production process, thus satisfying all Customer needs.

Precision is the key word for our Technical Department, starting from designing by means of the most up to date software, from the superior quality of all materials used and from the adequate heat treatments of our dies, followed by machining operations performed with innovative CNC equipments and ending up with assembly and testing carried out with the utmost care and precision by our highly qualified team.
Our Technical Department is in fact equipped both with software specialized in 2D-3D CAD-CAM programming for the realization of dies and equipments, and with program interfaces with the production process.

Thanks to the long lasting cooperation with an external certified laboratory we can perform the following tests: corrosion, UV resistance, Xenon lamps resistance, mechanical reistance to impacts, resistance to high and low temperatures, adhesion test (such as S. Andrew cross), resistance to chemical products and fuels, colorimetric test, brightness test and thickness verification.
All tests are performed according to the applicable UNI, DIN and ISO specifications.

Mario Fernando Group is certified according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. We are currently working to obtain also the ISO 14001 certification
