Maroso can produce autoclaves of different dimensions according to customer requirements, in fact its production range goes from 500 mm as useful diameter up to 4.200 mm, instead the length goes beyond 15.000 mm. The MAROSO autoclaves are designed for the polymerization of composites materials, for stratification of flat and curved glass, for the rubber vulcanization, for impregnation and drying processes of marble and by-products, for sterilization and pasteurization in food field, for methacrylate sector.

Concerning the composite materials sector, the mains application fields are automotive, aeronautic and air craft, aerospace, marine, sports and leisure.

All the autoclaves can be produced with standard dimensions and characteristics, or can be customized in according with specifications required by the customers. Maroso supplies also the following utilities and activities: air pressurizing systems; open circuit evaporating towers; appropriate vacuum units; static and dynamic vacuum value control both manual and automatic; autoclave cleaning drainage carried out by compressed air blowing; installation, commissioning and start up; turn-key solutions.

Established in 1969 by Francesco Antonio as a handcrafted family business, Maroso srl dealt with hydraulic systems.

In the 80’s it developed the electrical systems and autoclaves unit.

Today, in its second generation, the company became an engineering business that remains faithful to the founding principles and values as service reliability, research and development, the systems and products quality and the Made in Italy.
