Dough processing expert since 1954, MERAND Mécapâte designs and offers machines and automatic bread lines that allow producing all types of breads: baguettes, rolls, ciabatta, focaccia or sandwich bread, multi-grain breads, ... The company offers a very complete range of dough processing solutions: moulders, dividers, rounders, manual and automatic proofers, scoring machines and automatic bread lines.
MERAND is at the forefront of innovation and offers its customers a demonstration center "MERAND Baking Lab", which allows them to test machines and automatic bread lines before investment. In collaboration with complementary bakery and pastry specialists, MERAND provides turnkey, innovative and profitable solutions.
